Fannin County Keeping One Emergency Management Coordinator

Fannin County Commissioners will keep a full-time Emergency Management Coordinator on the payroll, rather than split the position into two part-time jobs. Judge Randy Moore wanted to make the change because the move would save the county money on benefits that full-time employees now receive. It would have also given the county more flexibility in the hours worked.
