The man found dead in an Upshur County house fire last week has been identified as 59-year-old Thomas Scott Green. The blaze happened Thursday afternoon at a house on FM 1759. They sent Green’s body to Dallas for autopsy. The State Fire Marshal and Upshur County Deputies are investigating to determine the cause of the fire.
