A woman who stopped for a school bus unloading students near Ben Wheeler was killed in a crash when the driver of another vehicle rear-ended her. The first car’s driver, 42-year-old Toni L. Powell of Fruitvale, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver who rear-ended her was not injured.
