Federal Aid For 25 Texas Counties

Last month, Governor Abbott requested a Presidential Disaster Declaration for 25 Texas counties due to damage sustained from the severe weather at the end of December. The President granted the request for Public Assistance Tuesday for 25 counties including Harrison, Henderson, Hopkins, Rains, Red River, Rockwall and Titus. Individual Assistance remains under review for Collin Franklin, Rockwall and Van Zandt counties.
