A U.S. district judge in Washington ordered a new delay in federal executions, hours before they carried out the first lethal injection at a federal prison in Indiana. One of those spared was Daniel Lewis Lee, of Yukon, Oklahoma. Officials had scheduled his death at 4:00 pm Monday for murdering three members of a family in Arkansas in 2003.
