Federal Grand Jury Indicts Man In Roofing Scheme

46 year old Glenn Lee Dobbs, Jr.  has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Texarkana in connection with a more than $500,000 roofing scheme that began in Red River County. Dobbs is accused of pretending to have major roofing contracts in Canton and Houston, and convincing two people to invest in his company. The investors then transferred $560,000 from a bank in Dekalb to Dobbs’s bank in Louisiana. Dobbs will be arraigned on 4 counts of wire fraud later this month and is free on bond.
