The trial is continuing in federal court in Texarkana for a Northeast Texas man accused of a robbery spree that included holdups of a DeKalb store, the Movie VIII Theater in Paris and a bank in Mt. Vernon. 50 year old Bobby Wayne Lance of Avery has pleaded not guilty. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant US Attorney Jonathan Ross and Lance is represented by Mac Cobb of Mt. Pleasant.
