Fetal Heartbeat Bill Finalized

The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals issued a “mandate” that officially accepts the findings of the U.S. Supreme Court and the Texas Supreme Court. Civil Rights Attorney Kurt Schwarz says private citizens are now free to sue anyone who takes part in abortion in Texas after a heartbeat is detected. They ordered the courts to dismiss all suits challenging the law.
