Finally Charged

Noe Paz-Aguillon

Officials arrested Noe Paz-Aguillon, 30, of Dangerfield, January 2014, on two felony warrants involving Intoxication Manslaughter and Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon. Now Upshur County’s District Attorney has charged him with those offenses, which resulted in the death of Charles Gibbs and injury to Carol Gibbs of Overton.
