According to a survey commissioned by Aldi, 32% of adults have gone on a date with someone they met at a grocery store or know somebody who has. In fact, the grocery store rivals bars as being a good place to find someone “date-worthy.” Other findings:

• Nearly 46% of adults say they have flirted with someone they met at the grocery store
• 34% of millennials say they think the grocery store is a good place to meet someone first-date-worthy
• 38% of all respondent say asking someone for help finding a particular item in the grocery store is a good pickup line
• 33% of all respondents say asking someone for help reaching something on the top shelf in a grocery store is a good pickup line
