Fisherman Still Missing After Boat Accident at Hugo Lake

Units from the Oklahoma Highway Lake Patrol, Antlers Emergency Management, Antlers Water Rescue, Hugo Lake State Park, and the Hugo and Broken Bow fire departments were all searching for a fisherman who went missing near Sawyer Dam early Tuesday morning. Officials say a boat got too close to the dam, where the floodgates were open and the boat capsized in a whirlpool. A man and his two sons were in the boat. The older son did not surface, but the older man and one son, who were wearing lifejackets were rescued by another boater.
