The person killed late last week in a three-vehicle crash in Van Zandt County has been identified as a former All-Pro linebacker in the NFL. Pro football player, 69-year-old Isaiah “Butch” Robertson, Jr., of Garland, played for the Rams and Bills. The crash was just miles from a drug and alcohol treatment center Robertson founded in Mabank. Robertson had spoken to a nearby high school football banquet shortly before the accident.
