Former Band Director Charged

A former East Texas band director has been arrested in Anderson County for suspicion of indecency with a child.  Authorities searched the phones and computers of and found pictures of nude people, many of whom were juveniles.  Cartright previously taught at White Oak High School and was most recently at Westwood Palestine High School.
