Former Child Care Worker Jailed In Titus County

A combined investigation by Child Protective Services and Mt. Pleasant Police resulted in the arrest of a former child care work. Officials booked 25-year-old Erin Wilson, who worked at KidzKare Academy on West Pecan Street in Mt. Pleasant, into the Titus County Jail on a first-degree felony count of severe bodily injury to a child and two third-degree felony counts of injury to a child. Her bonds total $500,000. The investigation is continuing.
