Former Choctaw Electric  CEO Terry Matlock turned himself in to the Choctaw County jail Tuesday on 11 counts of embezzlement. He had been indicted on the charges by the Multi-County Grand Jury. Matlock immediately posted bond and was released.  He is due back in court next month.
