Former Choctaw Electric CEO Enters Into Plea Agreement

54 year old former Choctaw Electric CEO Terry Matlock charged with 11 counts of embezzlement has entered into a plea bargain in Choctaw County Court. Matlock pleaded no contest to one count of fraudulent alteration of corporate records and was sentenced to 30 days in jail and ordered to pay $54,000 in restitution.
