A former Kilgore coach and teacher who was arrested last November has been formally indicted for improper relationship between educator and student, indecency with a child and sexual performance by a child. 34 year old Brian Eugene Bird of Gladewater was the boys and girls golf coach and assistant boys basketball coach at Kilgore High School as well as a geography teacher.
