Former Fannin County deputy and Ladonia city Councilman Dies in Prison

Former Fannin County deputy and Ladonia city councilman William Clifford Isaac has died in the federal prison at Littleton, Colorado.  He had been serving a three year sentence for using his authority with the Fannin County Sheriff’s Office to sexually assault four different female inmates from 2012-2013. The cause of death has not been disclosed.
