Former Gregg County DA Completes Probated Sentence

A former Gregg County District Attorney, who pleaded guilty to drug charges and was sentenced to ten years deferred adjudication probation, has completed his sentence after only three years. A visiting judge ruled that Rob Foster had paid his debt to society, has satisfactorily complied with all the terms and conditions of probation and dismissed the charges against him.
