Former Kaufman JP Appealing Death Sentence, Conviction

Former Kaufman County Justice of the Peace, Eric Williams, is appealing his capital murder conviction and death sentence for killing District Attorney Mike McLelland and his wife Cindy. Williams has been trying to convince the court to disqualify the lead prosecutor in his case, Bill Wirskye, who is now the first assistant DA in Collin County.
