Former NE Texas Probation Officer Sentenced

A former Bowie County probation officer charged with felony arson has reached a plea bargain with prosecutors. Thirty-one-year old Brandon Wright pleaded guilty to misdemeanor burning and was sentenced to 1 year probation and a $1,000 fine. Wright had set a dumpster on fire at an apartment complex. HE must continue to receive mental health treatment.
