Former North Texas City Councilman Indicted

A Grayson County grand jury indicted a former Tom Bean City Councilman and Mayor Pro-tem for Deadly Conduct. Lonnie Jones is accused of firing in the direction of two people while shooting at dogs he said had killed his cat. He lost his bid for re-election in May.
