Former Nurse Arrested

William George Davis

The Tyler Police arrested William George Davis, 34, of Hallsville, on Tuesday, in the lobby of the police department. It was after Davis came by to pick up evidence that was to be released back to him. Allegedly the CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Health System officials informed authorities in late January that a nurse may be a suspect in intentionally causing harm to several patients at one of their hospitals. Patients were experiencing unexplained symptoms. Police say there are no other suspects in the case. Davis’ arrest is in connection with the death of Christopher Greenaway, 47, on August 6, 2017.
