Former Teacher Guilty Of Invasive Video Recording

A former teacher has pleaded guilty in Bowie County District Court to an invasive video recording of an 11-year-old boy at a mall in Texarkana. Shane Samuel Jones, 31, photographed the boy by slipping his cell phone under a stall divider in a department store restroom. A pre-sentencing investigation has been ordered. Jones faces similar charges at Trinity High School in Texarkana, Arkansas where he was a teacher.
