Former Tyler Nurse Guilty Of Capital Murder

After only an hour of deliberations, a Smith County jury has found former Tyler nurse William George Davis guilty of Capital Murder. In Tyler, the state charged Davis with killing four men by injecting air into their arteries at Louis and Peaches Owens Heart Hospital. The jury will now decide whether to sentence Davis to Life in Prison without Parole or Death by Lethal Injection.
