Forney Teen Arrested For Collin County Teen’s Murder

Plano Police have arrested 17-year-old Kemond Smith, of Forney, for the fatal shooting of 16-year-old Marquel Ellis, Jr., an Allen High School student. Investigators said kids were kicked out of a party and when they came back, Smith shot in the house from outside, striking Ellis. No one else was hit.
