Four Arrested in Paris on Drug Charges

Paris police and Lamar County deputies executed a search warrant in the 600 block of E Houston and made contact with 25 year old Hirael Rios,26 year old Mallory Evans, 58 year old Steven Evans  and 56 year old Debra Evans. A search of the persons and residence resulted in the seizure of more than 1 gram of methamphetamine, prescription medication, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. The Evans’s were each charged with possession of controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge. Rios was charged with manufacturing or delivery of controlled substance, and misdemeanor charges.
