Franklin County District Clerk Nominated For Statewide Award

The Region VI County and District Clerk’s Association held their  Spring meeting Wednesday,  at the Hopkins County Civic Center hosted by Cheryl Fulcher and Debbie Shirley of Sulphur Springs. Ellen Cunningham Jaggers, District Clerk of Franklin County was nominated for Texas District Clerk of the Year. Special speakers to the group were District Judge Eddie Northcutt and Hopkins County Judge Robert Newsom.
