Franklin County Has First COVID-19 Case

The first case of Coronavirus COVID-19 was announced Saturday night in Franklin County. Judge Scott Lee said the case was travel related. At this time there is no Shelter in Place order, but Judge Lee urged residents to voluntarily stay inside and follow the guidelines issued by federal and state authorities.
