Franklin County Jail In Non-Compliance

The Texas Commission on Jail Standards has placed the Franklin County Jail on the list for non-compliance. Regulations require they train jail staff in fire, emergency, and evacuation drills and location and use of safety equipment every quarter. The Commission learned that Franklin County Jail did not do that, which resulted in the non-compliance notification.
