Free COVID Testing In Paris Tuesday Feb 1

Paris Lamar County Health Department (PLCHD) and Paris EMS will conduct their last, for now, free COVID Testing Site Tuesday, Feb., 1, from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm at The COVID Center, 1128 Clarksville Street, to help alleviate the backlog of sick people needing tests at the local ERs. No appointment is required, but you will have to be patient as we expect large crowds again. Stay in your car. They will bring test kits for you to complete and give back. Results will be called that night in most cases, and this is Drive-Thru only. We will serve as many as we can during this period. We have limited staff, so be patient and don’t become angry with us. We are doing this purely as a free community service! Please do not arrive before 4:45 pm. COVID-19 Vaccines and Boosters will also be available during this time.
