The Royal Barber Shop at 116 Bonham Street in Paris is offering FREE haircuts on Saturday, Aug. 5 for all kids from Pre-K – high school. The event will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Royal Barber Shop was established in 1916 and is the oldest barber shop in Paris.
