Friday Crash Near Talco Kills Two

A two-vehicle crash at Talco Friday night claimed the lives of Rosaellen Johnson, 82, of Dallas, and Augustina Higuera, 33, of Paris. It occurred around 9:20 Friday night on US 271 four miles north of Talco. Reportedly, Johnson’s pickup drifted into the northbound lane hitting Higuera’s GMC Terrain. Officials pronounced both at the scene.
