PGA

The Masters was nearly fanless, and Tiger Woods opened with a 68 and ended at 5:30 with almost half still on the course as the sun went down. Tiger matches his best Masters first round ever.

NFL

The Indianapolis Colts did in the Tennessee Titans 34-17 Thursday night and now both are now 6-3. Quarterback Philip Rivers entered the top five on the NFL’s all-time passing yards list during the game.

Dallas is off this weekend; Houston Texans pick up the Browns Sunday at noon.

Ivey League

The Ivy League canceled its winter sports and postpone spring sports until at least the end of February.
