An East Texas fugitive wanted on several felony warrants was captured Wednesday morning after leading officers on a chase and crashing his motorcycle in Coffee City. They identified the suspect as 32-year-old Jerry Stanfield, hometown unavailable. Officers transported Stanfield to an area hospital for injuries he received in the crash. A search of the crash site turned up 14 grams of methamphetamine.
