Fugitive Sex Offender Expected in Lamar County Court This Week

A former Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive Sex Offender will be in Lamar County District Court this week.  Donald Jack Robertson the Second had been  at large since 2011 when he was captured in Oregon and extradited back to Texas February 2.  He’s being held on $700,000 bond for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, Indecency with a Child and Sexual Assault of a Child. The hearing reportedly concerns a possible plea bargain.
