Gilmer Man Guilty Of Federal Child Porn Violation

An Upshur County man arrested for attempted sexual exploitation of children, transportation of child pornography, and possessing child pornography has had his day in court. In Tyler’s federal court, 19-year-old Chandler Elvin Owens of Gilmer pleaded guilty to transporting child pornography. His sentencing is at a later date.
