Bond has been set at $20,000 for an Upshur County man arrested by Gregg County Deputies in Wood County. Reportedly, 42-year-old Claude Louis Vaughn, Jr., of Gilmer, is charged on a warrant with assault on a family/household member with a previous conviction.
