A Gilmer man has been sentenced in Upshur County to 50 years in prison for the death of an 11-month-old boy. Javarrious Troy Kimeyan Dixon, 22, pleaded guilty to injury to a child with a deadly weapon. Investigators say Dixon beat Armani Troy Berrospe with his hands, fists, arms or feet or with an unknown object. The boy died at ETMC-Pittsburg.
