Gov. Abbott Warns Against Hoarding

Gov. Greg Abbott issued a warning against hoarding because of empty shelves and long lines at supermarkets and other stores. He added that there is no evidence of any long-term supply shortages. The Governor declared a state disaster for all Texas counties because of the growing COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.
