Governor Abbott Hopeful for Help for Jobless Texans

Governor Abbott is optimistic that additional federal dollars will be headed to unemployed Texans.  Abbott also spoke of the state’s efforts to ramp up more rapid coronavirus testing statewide as a way to bring down the state’s all-time high in the rate of positive Covid tests.
