Grand Jury Expected To Hear Case

Bowie Count’s grand jury is expected to hear the case of Tyler Reed Pate, 24, of Queen City. Officials are accusing Pate of driving under the influence of alcohol and other drugs during a deadly collision in Bowie County last April. Pate struck Toyota Avalon who spun out of control ejecting his passenger, Edna Morgan, 53. She died from her injuries.
