Greenville Baby Safe After Being Taken From Hospital

Greenville Police responded to Hunt Regional Medical Center Wednesday after receiving a report that an infant had been taken from the hospital. CPS told officers the baby’s mother had taken the child, after being told that CPS would have custody of the infant. Officers later received a tip that the infant was at a local motel, and recovered the baby who was unharmed. The investigation is continuing.
