Gunman Threatens People At East Texas Walmart

An East Texas man was arrested Monday after he allegedly threatened several people with a gun at a Walmart in Tyler. The suspect, 32-year-old Trumaine Washington of Tyler, had reportedly gotten into an argument with an employee, who summoned a manager. Washington than placed a fully loaded magazine in a handgun and began yelling and threatening to shoot people. He was later taken into custody without incident in the parking lot. There were no injuries.
