Gregg County Jail
Reportedly, 33-year-old Lacee Loretta Robbins, of Marshall, remains in the Gregg County jail on warrants for bond forfeitures on previous charges of aggravated robbery, credit card or debit card abuse, and possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $20,000 on a warrant from Upshur County for robbery.
