A 27-year-old Haskell man was arrested on multiple charges after he was stopped for a traffic violation by Sulphur Springs Police. Jimmy Villa, Jr., was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Tampering with Evidence and a warrant for violation of the probation he was on for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
