The store beloved in parts of Texas for its selection of movies, music, gifts and more is officially going out of business.
Amarillo-based Hastings Entertainment will officially liquidate by Oct. 31, reports Amarillo.com.
On July 14, the company announced on Facebook that it suspend gift cards, refunds, exchanges and movie rentals.
Bidding on the company in a bankruptcy court ended Wednesday with an agreement to have an “everything must go” sale.
Hastings owns stores in Mt Pleasant, Greenville, Longview, and Tyler.
