As Texas reopens, health care experts worry about a second spike in coronavirus cases. Studies have shown that many people who test positive show no symptoms of the coronavirus. As a growing number of Texans are going back to work, there are concerns about hot spots flaring up. Dr. John Carlo, who is on the Texas Medical Association COVID Task Force, says they’re predicting this in July or this fall. He says that’s why health leaders continue to push for the wearing of masks and social distancing.
