Health Officials OK J&J Vaccines

The Texas Department of State Health Services has lifted its pause on the Johnson & Johnson vaccine following federal studies that determined the benefits outweighed the rare risk of a blood clot. The CDC recommended the halt lifted, and providers resume use of the J&J vaccine.
