Hearing For NE Texas Man Charged With Aggravated Sexual Assault Of A Child

A pre-indictment hearing was held at the Bi-State Justice Center for a Northeast Texas man accused of molesting at least one teenage girl after allegedly giving her methamphetamine and cash.  Setting in a wheelchair, John Markus Littleton, 72, of New Boston, appeared before Judge John Tidwell. He was ordered to wear a GPS monitor and forbidden from leaving Bowie County. He is out on $25,000 bond and was ordered to appear in court again in June.
